Kira Powers serves as the first point of contact for the Hargrave Family Law and provides multi-faceted support to all members of our team. Her diverse skills help both our team and our clients work towards achieving their goals in a myriad of ways.
Kira received her Bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University, majoring in Political Science and Criminal Justice. While working towards the completion of her undergraduate degree, she was involved with local politics and attended many conferences and seminars that strengthened her passion for the law. Kira also volunteered at Healing Hearts and the Hospitality House, which allowed her to interact with families going through a new transition in their lives. She went on to further her education by receiving her Master of Arts in Legal Studies and obtaining her paralegal certificate Texas State University. During the master program she focused her emphasis on Family Law, and grew committed to helping families during the process with healing and hope.
Kira is excited to continue to make a contribution to families as they begin a new chapter in their lives. She believes that being a part of the Hargrave Family Law team has allowed her to make a significant impact on people’s lives as they navigate the family law process. “I am grateful to be a member of a team that goes the extra mile for their clients. The attention to detail in our clients’ cases and the targeted focus on clients’ needs are all testaments to the firm that Hargrave Family Law strives to build.”
