Lisa Baca-McGrath


Lisa Baca-McGrath brings her strong analytical skills and extensive case management experience to each of our client’s cases, facilitating the firm’s goal of keeping each case moving forward towards a resolution in a timely and efficient manner. Lisa provides continual client support, assisting in collecting the information and documents needed to prepare a case for settlement negotiations, mediation, or court. She takes pride in assuring that our attorneys have everything they need to advocate for our clients with all the resources necessary to move them toward their goals, thereby fostering the firm’s reputation as highly prepared advocates for their clients.

Lisa is a highly experienced senior paralegal with over 17 years’ experience in civil litigation, primarily in family law, and also including bankruptcy, personal injury, probate, insurance defense, corporate and commercial litigation. She has a Paralegal Certificate from Texas A&M Commerce and is a certified Notary Public.

Lisa is motivated by helping families, which she is quite passionate about. “Family is the most important thing in life for most people.  When families separate it can easily be the most difficult challenge they will face in life. What I like most about working in family law is helping families emerge from what is likely the hardest time they will ever go through. I feel like I am helping make a positive change in people’s lives, which is rewarding in itself.”
