Driven by a passion for helping others, LaQuisha Batson is committed to providing compassionate and strategic legal advocacy for her clients. She is a licensed attorney in both Texas and Idaho, and before joining our firm was a prosecuting attorney with the Boise City Attorney’s Office and the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office both in Boise, Idaho.
As an experienced litigator, LaQuisha blends zealous advocacy with a genuine concern for her clients’ well-being. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2011 after graduating from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in both Ethnic and Africana Studies. LaQuisha currently resides in Dallas with her husband and enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with family.
LaQuisha is thrilled to be part of the Hargrave Family Law team, supporting a mission of always putting families first. “Being involved in the family court system can be traumatic for clients. We work together with our clients to minimize the emotional turmoil that is often part of the divorce process, focusing on finding solutions and helping them build a hopeful new chapter.”
