Driven by a passion for helping others, Dallas divorce attorney LaQuisha Batson is committed to providing compassionate and strategic legal advocacy for her clients. Licensed to practice law in both Texas and Idaho, LaQuisha brings valuable experience as a former prosecuting attorney with the Boise City Attorney’s Office and the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office in Boise, Idaho. Her extensive litigation background strengthens her ability to advocate assertively while remaining centered on the emotional needs of each client.
LaQuisha earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2011, following her undergraduate studies at Brown University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Ethnic and Africana Studies. At Hargrave Family Law, she is proud to contribute to a mission that prioritizes family and healing through the legal process.

LaQuisha lives in Dallas with her husband and enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with family. She is an engaged member of the legal community and is also an alumnae member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
