Summary of Topic: So many people are having a difficult time turning off the worry.  We live in a world of twenty-four-hour news, which means non-stop reporting on things that may be contributing to your fears and anxiety.  If your mind is filled with racing thoughts about the worst-case scenarios, you are not alone.  What happens if a family member gets sick?  What happens if there aren’t enough ventilators, or toilet paper?  What happens if my child fails at distance learning?  Dr. Miltenberger is an expert at helping other people manage fears and anxiety.  Join us for an engaging conversation about how you can create a plan to manage your worries and stop a coronavirus anxiety spiral.

Paula Miltenberger, Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist and founder of Women’s Mental Wellness. She received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Date of Event: April 10, 2020

    Speaker: Ryan McLemore

Topic: COVID-19 & Real Estate: What you need to know about buying, selling and investing during these turbulent times

Summary of Topic: Were you planning to sell your home this Spring?  Or maybe you were looking to buy a new home? Perhaps after sheltering in place for several weeks, you’ve decided you need more rooms (and more insulation)!  What is happening with the current real estate market, and what might we expect for the rest of the quarantine, and beyond? Join us for this important webinar with Ryan McLemore who will share with us what is happening in the DFW real estate market.  Ryan is licensed Relator® who likes to tell it like it is.

About Ryan McLemore:  Ryan’s career started in 2002 with Citigroup’s Marketing Division.  He then branched out on his own in 2006, launching marketing firms across the US and Canada.  After successfully selling his company in 2009, he landed at The Five Star Institute, the nation’s top conference and media outlet for Distressed Real Estate and Mortgage Banking.  In 2013, he identified a huge void in the agent/ broker arena.  The industry’s need for an authentic, hands-on, full-service Realtor, capable of mastering buyer, seller and investor relationships simultaneously lead to his career transition.  In 2015, Ryan met his future wife, who was a Procurement Engineer at Lockheed at the time.  In 2018, Allyssa resigned and partnered with Ryan as a full-time Realtor.  In June of 2019, they were married, making the McLemore Team official on all fronts!

Ryan was born and raised in Waxahachie, TX and holds a BBA from Oklahoma Christian University. He enjoys bird hunting, fishing, golf, officiating football, and his 4 month old Chocolate Lab.
