With extensive experience in collaborative law, mediation, and litigation, Dallas Divorce attorney Carie Silvestri brings creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to every family law case she handles. A native Texan and proud graduate of SMU School of Law (now SMU Dedman School of Law), Carie has practiced law since 1999 and has concentrated solely on family law since 2006. She previously ran her own family law practice in Allen, Texas, before joining the Hargrave Family Law team. Her years of experience have included cases involving complex custody disputes, property division, and collaborative resolutions.

Carie is widely recognized for her leadership in collaborative divorce and has served as a presenter at conferences hosted by the State Bar of Texas, Collaborative Divorce Texas, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Her commitment to continued learning has led her to pursue advanced training in mediation, including attending the prestigious Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School’s Harvard Negotiation Institute in 2018.
